Job Description
About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to work across a variety of adult and children's services, including residential homes, supported living, and community-based settings.
You'll support individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, emotional and behavioural needs, and complex care requirements.
We offer short-term and long-term placements, with a variety of shift patterns available, including:
- Day shifts
- Waking nights
- 24-hour shifts
- Weekday and weekend work

Key Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs
- Encouraging independence and promoting choice
- Assisting with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and household duties
- Supporting individuals to access the community and attend appointments
- Building positive, professional relationships with service users
- Administering medication where trained and required
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
- Promoting safeguarding, dignity, respect, and the highest standards of care at all times
Pay & Benefits
- £13.50 per hour – Day rate
- £15.50 per hour – Waking Night rate
- £62 - Sleep-in Rate
- Flexible shifts to suit your availability

Requirements
- Minimum 3 months' experience as a Support Worker
- Experience working with adults and/or children in residential, supported living, or similar care settings
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced Adult & Child DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care or similar
- Full UK driving licence
