About the Role

We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to work across a variety of adult and children's services, including residential homes, supported living, and community-based settings.

You'll support individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, emotional and behavioural needs, and complex care requirements.

We offer short-term and long-term placements, with a variety of shift patterns available, including:

  • Day shifts
  • Waking nights
  • 24-hour shifts
  • Weekday and weekend work

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs
  • Encouraging independence and promoting choice
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and household duties
  • Supporting individuals to access the community and attend appointments
  • Building positive, professional relationships with service users
  • Administering medication where trained and required
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
  • Promoting safeguarding, dignity, respect, and the highest standards of care at all times

Pay & Benefits

  • £13.50 per hour – Day rate
  • £15.50 per hour – Waking Night rate
  • £62 - Sleep-in Rate

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months' experience as a Support Worker
  • Experience working with adults and/or children in residential, supported living, or similar care settings
  • Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced Adult & Child DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Desirable

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care or similar
  • Full UK driving licence
