The successful candidate will join a busy and successful residential property team, handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career within a supportive environment while working alongside experienced property professionals.

The role will involve:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and related property matters
• Providing high-quality client care and maintaining strong client relationships
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents and other third parties throughout transactions
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with compliance requirements
• Working collaboratively as part of a successful property team

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining high standards of client service
• A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to the continued success of the team
