The Opportunity

Reporting into the Head of Finance, you'll become a trusted Finance Business Partner, providing commercial insight and financial support across multiple business areas.

Your role will include:

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decision making.
• Budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Producing meaningful financial analysis and performance reporting.
• Supporting business cases and investment decisions.
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
• Helping develop a culture of financial accountability across the organisation.

About You

You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who enjoys building relationships and making an impact beyond the numbers. You'll bring:

• Strong business partnering experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
• Experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• A proactive approach with a genuine desire to add value.
