Management Accountant

This Management Accountant role in the property industry is all about supporting the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting to help the business stay on track. Based in Deeside, you'll be working closely with a small finance team to deliver essential insights and maintain smooth accounting processes.

Description

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, including variance analysis.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
• Assist with year-end processes and liaise with auditors.
• Monitor and reconcile key accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with different departments to manage budgets effectively.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A background in accounting or finance.
• Part-qualified from a recognised financial body.
• Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
• Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate financial information clearly.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.

Job Offer

• Salary of around £45,000 dependent on the level of experience.
