About the Role

A friendly and welcoming primary school in Bromborough is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible.

This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in ensuring pupils have a safe, enjoyable, and positive lunchtime experience. The successful candidate will supervise children during lunch and outdoor play, promote positive behaviour, and help create a happy and inclusive environment for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising children during lunchtime and on the playground.
  • Ensuring pupils are safe, happy, and well cared for at all times.
  • Supporting positive behaviour management and encouraging respectful interactions.
  • Engaging with children and promoting positive play and social development.
  • Responding appropriately to minor incidents and reporting concerns when necessary.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a friendly and supportive school team.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be
  • Confident supervising groups of children.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to effectively monitor the playground environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
  • Skilled in promoting positive behaviour and managing minor conflicts appropriately.
  • First Aid trained, or willing to undertake First Aid training.
  • Passionate about supporting children's wellbeing and development.
