Motor Finance Customer Service Advisor

Huntswood is looking for a talented Telephony Agents with experience in financial services to join an exciting project with the growing Motor Finance Sector.

Start Date: Monday 26 May
Day Rate: £155 a day
IR35 Status: Husp Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via Husp Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Working from home
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Duration: An inital contract to the end of June with a 3-month extension expected

What You'll Be Doing

As a Telephony Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers/clients, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any customer/client queries or issues.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in high-volume telephony complaint handling within financial services
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Confidence explaining regulated processes and complex decisions in a customer-friendly way
• Ability to work effectively in an SLA-driven environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines

Desirable Knowledge

• Experience working within the motor finance sector
• Understanding of FCA DISP rules, Consumer Duty, and financial services redress frameworks
• Familiarity with Claims Management Companies (CMCs) and FOS escalation processes
