We are assisting an established, credible and growing independent insurance brokerage is looking to appoint a Fleet Account Executive to join its successful commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys generating new business, building relationships and working towards achievable sales targets. The role sits within a specialist fleet division and offers strong earning potential through an uncapped bonus structure.

The Role You'll be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of fleet insurance clients, handling enquiries, identifying opportunities and converting business through a consultative sales approach.

You will be tasked with winning new fleet insurance business, generating and converting leads, providing advice on fleet insurance products working towards new business and income target, delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process and collaborating with colleagues across the wider commercial insurance teams.

About You We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
Experience within insurance, preferably fleet insurance but can be personal lines.
A sales-focused mindset and track record of achieving targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to identify opportunities and convert business
Experience in a regulated environment

Candidates from other insurance backgrounds such as motor, courier, taxi, property owners or commercial insurance will also be considered.
