• £26,000 – £29,500 DOE + uncapped commission

• Driving licence required (due to geographical patch)

• Working pattern: 5 days in the office initially for training, then 1–2 days working from home

• Marketing

The Role

This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll take ownership of your own desk and grow revenue through sales and relationship building. You will:

• Win new business through calls, meetings and networking

• Build and manage your own client portfolio

• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers

• Source and place candidates into suitable roles

• Manage the full recruitment process end to end

It’s a high-activity, phone-based role ideal for someone who enjoys sales and turning conversations into results.
