I am currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Warrington, which is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join its growing Residential Property team.

This opportunity would suit a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Fee Earner with a minimum of 3 years experience of handling their own full caseload and who is seeking a supportive environment, quality work and genuine opportunities for long-term development.

The Opportunity

Joining an established team, you will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload and work closely with clients to provide clear, practical advice throughout the transaction process. The Role

You will be responsible for handling a broad range of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Taking instructions from clients and providing advice throughout the transaction.

• Managing matters from initial enquiry through to completion.

• Liaising with lenders, estate agents and other third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently.

• Reviewing mortgage offers, searches, title documents and survey reports.

• Drafting and preparing contracts, transfer deeds and SDLT documentation.

• Conducting client due diligence and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Coordinating exchange and completion.

• Managing post-completion formalities, including Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions.

• Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing a high standard of client care.

• Ensuring all professional obligations and compliance requirements are met.

• Accurately recording time and managing matters efficiently.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Conveyancing Fee Earners with at least 3 years' Experience within residential conveyancing.

You will ideally possess:

• Proven experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload independently.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.

• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

• Experience building relationships with clients and professional contacts.

• An interest in networking and business development activities.
