Help customers feel at home and find the bed that’s right for them. You’re the friendly bed expert who turns their “just browsing” into the moment they discover the perfect bed.

How you’ll help the nation sleep better

• Welcome customers and understand what they really need.
  
• Use Sleepmatch technology and your product knowledge to recommend the right mattress.
  
• Offer friendly, expert advice and build trust throughout each visit.
  
• Keep the store looking fresh, tidy and inviting.
