SEND Teacher (Part-Time – 3 Days)

Start Date: September | Primary School

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEND Teacher to join a supportive primary school on a part-time (3 days per week) basis from September.

This is a varied role combining PPA cover with teaching responsibilities within a specialist Resource Provision, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

• Deliver PPA cover across Resource Provision and Nurture classes
• Undertake a 0.2 teaching commitment in Resource Provision 2 (Years 4–6)
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
• Work closely with support staff, families, and external professionals
• Support pupils in achieving their full potential within an inclusive setting

• Qualified Teacher (QTS) with SEN experience
• Background in a Resource Provision, specialist, or SEN setting
• Skilled in differentiation and inclusive teaching
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Committed, patient, and passionate about SEND education

• QTS (essential)
• Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN
• Resource Provision experience (desirable)

MPS (M3 and above) – dependent on experience
