Your new company
You'll be joining a leading main contractor delivering groundworks packages across Cheshire. The team operates on fast-paced civil programmes with strong on-site support and clear direction from management and engineering staff.
Your new role
You will support the Senior Site Manager and Site Engineer on a live groundworks scheme for an initial 4-5-week period. Daily responsibilities include:

• Assisting with drainage, piling, ducting, kerbing and slab work
• Supporting line/level checks and basic setting-out tasks
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials as instructed
• Maintaining safe working practices and reporting issues promptly
• Helping drive progress to meet programme targets

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid groundwork background: drainage, piling, slabs, ducting, concrete
• Experience supporting management and engineering teams on civil projects
• CSCS essential; additional civil tickets beneficial.
• Reliable, proactive and confident working within a busy site environment
