Hays Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across the Wirral to recruit Early Careers Teachers (ECTs) with an interest in SEND. These schools provide supportive environments where you can develop your skills while making a real difference to pupils with additional needs.

Your new role
As an ECT, you will work within primary classrooms supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs. You'll plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapt learning to suit individual pupils, and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment. You may work across whole class settings or provide targeted support to small groups or individuals, helping children to build confidence and achieve their potential.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Early Careers Teacher (ECT) with a passion for inclusive education. Experience or an interest in SEND is essential, along with a patient, proactive approach and strong classroom management skills. The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff is key.
