Midday Supervisor Needed ASAP!

Location: West Kirby

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and positive Midday Supervisor to join our prominent school in the heart of West Kirby. If you enjoy working with children and want a role that fits perfectly around your morning and evening commitments, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

• Setting up the dining hall by laying out cutlery, water jugs, and beakers.
• Helping younger children cut up their food and opening difficult snack packaging.
• Encouraging children to eat their lunch and try new foods in a positive way.
• Monitoring the playground to make sure everyone is playing safely and kindly.
• Leading simple playground activities like skipping, football, or hoop games.
• Watching for lonely children and helping them find friends to play with.
• Making sure children line up quietly and safely when it is time to go back to class.
• Checking that children are dressed appropriately for the weather before they go outside.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with or supervising groups of children.
• Patience and Empathy with excellent communication skills.
• Positive Attitude.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Right to work in the UK.
