Urgent Catering Assistants Wanted to Start ASAP!

We are urgently looking for an experienced and dedicated Catering Assistant to join one of our local schools in West Kirby to start ASAP. You must have worked in a school, nursery, or college kitchen before.

Must Haves:

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
• You must have the Right to Work in the UK.

Key Duties:

• Help the chef prepare fresh, healthy ingredients for school lunches.
• Set up the service counters with hot food, salads, and desserts.
• Serve tasty meals to students and staff with a friendly smile.
• Keep the kitchen sparkling by washing dishes and clearing away equipment.
• Ensure the dining area is wiped down and ready for the next group.
• Assist with basic food prep like making sandwiches or prepping fruit.
• Follow food safety rules to keep our kitchen safe and hygienic.
• Work as part of a fast-paced, happy team to get meals out on time.
