Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a highly regarded law firm. This is a small but busy branch office, so we’re looking for someone confident, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

The Role

You will provide secretarial support to a solicitor handling a mixed caseload across:

  • Residential Conveyancing
  • Commercial Property
  • Wills & Probate
  • Court of Protection

Key duties include:

  • Audio typing and digital dictation
  • Answering incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner
  • Meeting and greeting clients at the reception
  • Preparing documents and correspondence
  • Managing diaries, files and general administrative tasks
About You
  • Experienced Audio Typist with strong digital dictation skills
  • Previous Conveyancing experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to manage your time effectively and work well under pressure
  • Professional, approachable and confident dealing with clients face-to-face
