Property Sales Consultant

Location: Liverpool

Basic Salary: £25,000 plus realistic OTE of £70,000

Working hours: Monday to Friday – 9am – 5.30pm

We’re recruiting for a Property Sales Consultant to join one of the UK’s leading property investment companies. This is an opportunity for ambitious, money-motivated sales professionals who want to step into a high-value consultative sales environment with genuinely high earning potential.

You do not need property experience as full training will be provided.

If you’ve sold in industries such as recruitment, estate agency, car sales, travel, media, telecoms, financial services or any other target-driven sales role – your skills can transfer.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be speaking with investors interested in UK property opportunities, building relationships, understanding their goals and guiding them through the sales process from enquiry to completion.

This is not cold calling from a dead database.

You’ll have access to warm leads, ongoing training, strong marketing support and a business that genuinely invests in its sales team.
