Secondary Teaching Assistants Wanted | Bebington, Wirral.

We are excitedly looking for proactive and focused Teaching Assistants for our support network in Liverpool's fast-paced secondary schools. If you are ready to spark a passion for learning in students, we want to hear from you.

We are currently recruiting for positions across the major hubs in Bebington (CH63), as well as broader Wirral (CH41, CH42, CH43, CH44, CH45, CH46, CH49, CH60, CH61, CH62) and Merseyside (L1 to L38) areas.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
  A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach to classroom support.
• Right to work in the UK.

Key Duties:

• Provide one-to-one support for students with specific learning needs.
• Assist the lead teacher with classroom preparation and resource management.
• Deliver small group intervention sessions for Literacy and Numeracy.
• Supervise students during break times and school excursions.
• Monitor student progress and report feedback to the class teacher.
• Maintain a calm and focused learning environment for all pupils.
